Your tenant administrator handles portal configuration (networks, routing, join codes, policy). Startel handles platform, app, and USB board hardware defects.
For replacement or ready-to-use units, email Startel (chapter 02 for the exact product name if you self-provision).
Information to provide
Include as much of the following as you can:
- Tenant name and network name
- VMGateClient name or identifier as shown in portal VMGateClients
- App version — menu → Settings → Diagnostics → App version
- VMGate Audio version from the same Diagnostics screen
- Phone make, model, and Android version
- Active profile name and whether Termination enabled is on
- Portal client status (for example ready, no_dongle, offline)
- Time of failure (with timezone) and, for call issues, an example called number
- Category: pairing / no calls / audio / offline / OTA / dongle flash
