Operations

Monitor live traffic, review call history, and access recordings.

Active Calls

Open Traffic → Active Calls. The table lists in-progress sessions:

Filter by Customer, Network, VMGateClient, or Dest code (called-number prefix). Set Auto-refresh (sec) between 5 and 60 (default 10) or click ⟳ Refresh for a one-off update. Changing a filter reloads the table immediately.

The status strip Active Calls count mirrors this view against your plan’s concurrent port cap. Sustained counts at the cap mean new ingress may be rejected (for example 503 or concurrent-limit failures in Call History) until a session ends.

Call History

Open Traffic → Call History. The portal loads today’s window by default; adjust From / To, optional Status, Customer, Trunk, VMGateClient, Direction, and Slot (All / 1 / 2), then click Apply Filter. Slot sits on the second filter row with Direction.

The table shows Date/Time, A, B In (called number at ingress), B Out (number sent to GSM), Customer (or “-” if none), VMGateClient, Slot (1, 2, or “-” if the call never used a SIM), Status, Real and Billed duration, Cost, and Net (tenant margin on the row). Long values are truncated in the row; hover to read the full text. The table scrolls sideways inside the card so the rest of the portal does not widen. Use pagination at the bottom for older pages. Click CSV export to open a dialog: the page filters are copied as defaults (changing them in the dialog does not reload the table). Set From / To (at most 31 days) and click Start export. When the file is ready a toast offers Download. The same dialog lists recent files (last 20, kept 31 days). Call History Read lists and downloads those files. Call History Update is required for Start export and Delete.

From the ⋮ menu choose Details to open the call summary: Customer, Slot, ingress IP, setup / connect / end timestamps, real and billed seconds, Customer and VMGateClient costs, reseller cost, rate/min, PDD, session id, Call-ID, and disconnect side.

Below the summary, three diagnostic tabs help triage:

Use Call History alongside chapters 09–10 routing when disputing ASR or verifying why a number failed (for example No VMGateClient, No Rate, or No Answer).

Call direction

Call History can show direction for termination (outbound GSM) vs inbound GSM sessions. Use direction together with status when investigating rejected inbound attempts or mid-IVR forwards (chapter 15). Rejected inbound legs may appear with failed / rejected status and zero or short billed duration depending on when the reject occurred.

Usage

Open Statistics → Usage. The page uses the network selected in the status strip. Perspective defaults to Tenant; switch to Customer for per-customer minutes. Slot (All / 1 / 2), Direction (All / Incoming / Outgoing), and VMGateClient apply to both. Tenant with empty From / To is live today / month / package minutes vs cap, plus attempts today. Filling both dates (span at most 31 days; a day months ago is allowed) shows answered minutes only — live caps and attempts are hidden and a warning is shown on the page. Customer always uses From / To (default today). Minutes are answered calls only (Real duration). Incoming and outgoing are never mixed. Incoming has no cap. Outgoing live view shows used vs cap for today / month / package with a bar when a cap is set. The second Outgoing line is attempts today vs the daily attempts cap (month and package have no attempt counter). Footer totals are minutes only.

ACD/ASR

Open Statistics → ACD/ASR. Network is the status-strip network. Perspective defaults to Tenant (ACD uses Real duration); Customer uses billed duration. From / To are always required (default today, at most 31 days). Switching Tenant ↔ Customer resets dates to today and keeps Slot, Direction, VMGateClient, A, Destination, and the local-failures toggle. ACD is answered calls only; zero answered shows —. ASR is answered / attempts as a percent; zero attempts shows —. Include locally failed attempts is off by default (INVITEs that died before a SIM was seized are excluded from attempts; ACD is unchanged). A and Destination are typed filters (digit prefix and/or dialplan name); both filled means AND. Destination is the called number from the INVITE after the trunk tech prefix is removed — not the number sent to the SIM. Incoming and outgoing are never mixed. Footer totals are the full selection. Tenant ASR with the toggle on can be a few percent on a scanned tenant. Customer ACD and Tenant ACD will disagree on the same answered calls (billed vs live seconds).

Recordings

Open System → Recordings when call recording is enabled on your tenant plan. A quota line shows storage used vs your recording allowance (GB).

Filter by date range, Customer, VMGateClient, or partial Session id, then click Apply Filter. The table lists recorded time, A/B numbers, Customer, client, duration, file size, and expiry.

From the ⋮ menu, Download saves the WAV when the file is still on storage. Delete removes the recording from the portal list (logical delete — the file may remain on storage per retention policy). If recording is not on your plan, the workspace stays empty — confirm entitlement before promising recordings to Customers.

SMS operations

When SMS is enabled, use SMS → SMS In Progress and SMS → SMS History (chapter 07) the same way you use Active Calls and Call History for voice. Filters and detail views are under the SMS group, not under Traffic.
