Referrals
A tenant gives a code to another tenant. That other tenant can be referred by only one tenant. A second referrer is not allowed.
Give your code
Open Settings from the System group in the sidebar. Only the tenant owner sees Settings. On the Referral card, the bold line is your code. It is created the first time you open Settings. It does not change.
Give that code to the other tenant. You do not type their name, and you do not add them from your own Settings. They enter your code on their own Settings. Each tenant you refer is a separate account. Each of those accounts can have only one referrer. You can refer many tenants. None of them can be referred by a second tenant as well.
Enter a code
Sign in as the owner of the tenant that is being referred. Open Settings, then Referral. In Referred by, type the code you were given and press Save code.
When the code is accepted, a notice says it is saved and pending approval. It does not count until it is approved. The field locks. You cannot change it, and you cannot enter another code later. One tenant can be referred by only one referrer. Multiple referrals for the same tenant are not allowed.
When the code is not accepted, the page says That code was not accepted. Nothing is saved. The code is refused when it is unknown, when it is your own code, when this tenant already has a referrer, when the two accounts share a tax id, a phone number, or a legal name, or when each account would be referring the other.
Approval
VMGate reviews the pair. Until it is approved, a renewal does not earn. The first subscription payment earns nothing. The reward starts on the next successful renewal after approval. A renewal that already succeeded while the pair was waiting is not paid later.
The Referrals page
Open Referrals in the sidebar. Only the tenant owner sees it.
On the title line, at the far right, choose AMD or USD. AMD is the dram amount of the renewal. USD is the dollar amount of that same renewal, the figure used when the renewal is paid in USDT. The page does not convert one into the other. This browser remembers the choice.
Under the title you see your percent and the total you have earned. Each row is one referred tenant: the name, whether the pair is pending, approved, or refused, whether they are subscribed, and your percent. This month and All time each show the bill and the amount earned. The bill is the renewal the percent is taken from: the plan plus extra seats, before VAT. The earned amount is your percent of that bill.
Open ⋮ → History on a row. The dialog lists every renewal for that one tenant: the date and time, the bill, the percent used on that renewal, the reward, and what happened to the reward. Waiting means it has not been taken off your bill and has not been cashed out. Deducted means it was taken off your bill. Cash-out requested and Cash-out paid are the USDT payout. No reward means that renewal earned nothing. A pair that has not renewed yet has no lines in the dialog.
How the reward is used
If you do not cash out before your own renewal date, the reward still waiting is taken off what you owe, before VAT. The bill does not go below zero. What is left stays waiting. A cash-out you request before that date is not also taken off the bill.
Cash out is on Manage Subscription. It is USDT only. Enter the USDT address and press Cash out. VMGate sends the USDT. There is no automatic payout. The address is refused when that sender has already paid your account or a tenant you referred.
Near your renewal date, if a reward is waiting, you also get an email. It states the amount, the date, and that the reward is taken off what you owe if you do not cash out before that date.
Your percent
VMGate sets your percent. The usual figure is 10. A later change applies only to renewals that succeed after the change. A line already earned keeps the percent it had.
