1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies (such as local storage) may be used for the same purposes described below.
2. How we use cookies
Strictly necessary (essential)
- Session & authentication — keep you signed in securely and protect against cross-site request forgery where implemented.
- Security — support rate limiting, fraud prevention, and load balancing.
- Preferences — remember language selection for the portal interface.
These cookies are required for the portal to function. They do not require consent under most EU ePrivacy interpretations because the Service cannot be provided without them.
Functional (optional)
- “Keep me signed in” — extended session duration when you opt in at login.
- Cookie consent choice — record whether you accepted optional cookies in the in-app banner.
Analytics (optional)
We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the tenant portal at launch. If optional analytics are introduced later, they will be disabled by default until you consent via the cookie banner.
3. Cookie banner
When signed in to the portal application, you may see a banner offering acceptance of non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored locally so the banner is not repeated unnecessarily. You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time; essential cookies will be recreated when you use the Service again.
4. Third-party cookies
Payment checkout (when using an external processor) may set cookies on the processor’s domain during checkout. Those cookies are governed by the processor’s policy, not this page.
5. Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or portal functionality. Instructions are available in your browser’s help documentation.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy when our use of cookies changes. The effective date at the top will be revised accordingly.
